01 / LinkedIn Content
Content built as an engine, not a calendar.
An executive-led content system that builds authority with the people you actually sell to — and gives outbound something worth referencing.
Clarafold's LinkedIn Content service is an executive-led content system for B2B companies. Clarafold researches, writes, designs and distributes LinkedIn content published under a founder's or executive's name, with every topic tied to the company's positioning and the deals it is trying to win. It runs as a monthly subscription.

Get StartedThe Problem
Build an executive-led content engine that creates authority, relevance and demand.
Most B2B content is measured by whether it shipped. That is a production metric, not a commercial one. When content does not carry the positioning, arm the sales conversation, or feed the outbound motion, it becomes a cost centre with a posting schedule attached.
How It Works
What we actually do.
Start from the commercial plan
Content topics come from the positioning and the deals you are trying to win, not from a keyword list.
Put a named human behind it
Founder and executive voices outperform brand accounts in B2B. We build the system around a person.
Research before production
Market signals, customer problems and category shifts become structured research inputs before anything is written.
Design for repeatability
Templates, design systems and a fixed rhythm so output does not depend on anyone feeling inspired.

Example Workflow
LinkedIn Content Research Workflow
Turns market signals, customer problems and industry developments into structured content research inputs.
- Mine the sales conversations. Objections, questions and misunderstandings from recent calls are the highest-signal topic source available.
- Collect industry movement. Regulation, funding, consolidation, technology shifts — anything changing the buyer's environment.
- Identify the disagreements. Where does your point of view differ from the consensus? Agreement is not memorable.
- Check against positioning. Every topic must reinforce the positioning. Interesting but off-message is still off-message.
Outputs
What you end up with.

- Research inputs pipeline
- Design system and templates
- Distribution workflow
- Performance reporting
FAQ
Questions buyers ask.
Why publish under a founder's name instead of the company page?
B2B buyers follow and trust people more readily than logos, and a named executive gives sales and outbound something credible to reference. The company page still matters as the verified home of the brand, but the system is built around a person.
How much of the executive's time does it take?
The system is designed so the executive supplies opinion and approval, not production: a short recurring input session and a review step. Research, drafting, design, scheduling and reporting are handled by Clarafold.
Is the content written by AI?
AI is used for research and first-pass structuring. The claims, the point of view and the final edit come from people — the executive and Clarafold's editors. Content written only by AI tends to say what everyone else in the category is already saying.
How is LinkedIn content measured?
By commercial signals rather than impressions alone: profile visits and follows from target accounts, inbound conversations, outbound replies that reference the content, and use of the content in sales conversations. Reach and engagement are tracked as leading indicators.
