Privacy Policy
Clarafold's website collects personal data only when you send it through a form: your name, work email and message. It uses no tracking cookies, counts page views anonymously, sells nothing, and uses your details only to reply to you. You can ask for your data to be seen, corrected or deleted at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by Clarafold, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. When this policy says “we”, it means Clarafold.

What we collect
When you use a form. Your name, your work email, and anything you choose to write. We also record which form you used (for example, a diagnosis request or a question about an article) so we know what you are asking about.
When you visit. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data needed to serve and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We don't use this to identify you.
Page-view counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, the referring site (for example LinkedIn), country, and device type. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn't identify you or follow you across other sites.
When you download a workflow or agent skill. Nothing. Downloads need no account and no email, and we don't track who downloads what.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, no tracking pixels, and no analytics that identify you.
- No third-party fonts or scripts that report on you: everything the site needs is served from our own domain.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your data for anyone else's marketing.
- No adding you to a mailing list because you sent us a message.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, and, if we end up working together, to deliver and manage that work. That is the whole list.
Who processes it for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores those messages and our replies.
- Vercel hosts the website, processes the technical request data described above and provides the cookieless page-view counts.
These providers may process data outside India. We use them only to run the site and answer you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain any working relationship that follows. Ask us to delete your messages at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep something by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to us contacting you. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that may apply to you. Write to hello@clarafold.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
